Health and Fitness

Ten weeks ago I was feeling bad about myself, my clothes were tight, and I did not like what I saw in the mirror.  A FB friend posted a message about a program called T25. She was setting up a challenge and it was only 25 minutes a day.  The 25 minutes a day really spoke to me because like everyone I know I don't have a lot of time to devote to working out.  After the ten weeks I am down a total of 12 inches and 7 pounds.  I started learning how to eat healthier and I have even started working out in the morning, something that I have never done before. I am still working on my goals to look and feel better and to get my family healthier too. Monday I am starting a Brazil Butt Lift challenge and I will be documenting here along the way.  Check back for results, recipes and more!
